These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through gardenandforest.co.uk and govern the use of our website. By placing an order with Garden & Forest UK Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We sell garden machinery, garden machinery spare parts, accessories and related products to customers in the United Kingdom.

3. Eligibility to purchase
By placing an order, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old, or you are purchasing with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You are purchasing for lawful purposes only.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order where we reasonably believe there may be fraud, misuse of the website, pricing error, stock error, payment issue or breach of these Terms.

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, availability and specifications on our website are accurate.
However, product images are for illustrative purposes only. Packaging, colour, design, technical specification or appearance may vary slightly from images shown on the website.
For spare parts, it is the customer’s responsibility to check compatibility before purchase. Where possible, we recommend checking model numbers, serial numbers, part numbers and manufacturer specifications before ordering.

5. Prices and currency
All prices are displayed in Pound Sterling (£ GBP).

10. Free shipping

11. Risk and ownership
Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the delivery address provided.
Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received full payment for the goods and any applicable delivery charges.
12. Your right to cancel
If you are a UK consumer buying online, you usually have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
To cancel, you must contact us clearly stating that you wish to cancel.

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health, safety or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Items that cannot be resold as new because of handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.
13. Returns
Our standard returns period is 14 days from the date you receive your order.
Returned items must be:
Unused.
Unfitted.
In resaleable condition.
In the original packaging where possible.
Complete with all accessories, manuals, parts and documentation.
Returned with proof of purchase.
You are responsible for ensuring the goods are packaged securely for return.
Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise not as described, you are responsible for return postage costs.
We recommend using a tracked and insured return service, as we are not responsible for returned goods lost or damaged in transit.
14. Refunds
Once returned goods are received, inspected and accepted, we aim to process refunds within 5 working days after the item has been inspected and restocked.
For consumer cancellation returns, we will always comply with the statutory refund time limits required under UK law.
Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method.
We may reduce a refund if goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them, or if they are returned used, damaged, incomplete or not in resaleable condition.
Original standard delivery charges may be refunded where required by law. Premium, express or upgraded delivery charges may not be refunded beyond the cost of standard delivery unless required by law.
15. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
